Amira Lamb, owner of  Holistic Hottie, Inc has been a pole addict since 2000.  Her other passions are health and fitness which she has been making a career out of for over 16 years as a certified group exercise instructor, personal trainer and Nutrition & Holistic Lifestyle Coach.  She has taught for Sports Club LA, Crunch, Equinox and New York Sports Clubs and maintains certifications from National Academy of Sports Medicine, American Fitness Association of America, and the CHEK Institute. 

Her specialties include:

  • foam rolling for active flexibility and stress reduction
  • kettle bell conditioning
  • cardio kickboxing
  • therapeutic/corrective exercise 

Besides her continued education in fitness, she is currently studying Functional Diagnostic Nutrition with Reed Davis and Advanced Metabolic Typing with Dodie Anderson.  Amira also graduated from the University of Massachusetts @ Amherst with a Bachelor's in a self-designed degree combining Exercise Science, Health Promotion, and Business.
